Well, did you realise that Canderel is suitable for cooking, even at prolonged temperatures over 200°C and with Canderel granules, you can replace regular sugar, spoon for spoon in many well known recipes.

SIMPLY REMEMBER:

  • Use 1 tbsp of Canderel to 1 tbsp of sugar
  • When weighing out, always divide the sugar quantity by 10 (e.g. 100 Sugar = 10g Canderel)
  • Always add at the last stage of cooking.
  • Do use for dusting instead of icing sugar.
  • But do not use for making meringues or preserves.
