Pre-xmas slim down plan
With Christmas approaching, slimming down in preparation for the festive season can only help our waistline and avoid the guilty feeling of indulgence. Here is a simple plan, easy to follow and designed to make you loose 2 to 3 lbs a week. There’s no need to count calories, simply follow the delicious menu and repeat after 2 weeks to carry on. If you can’t obey strictly the menu one day, you can substitute for a shop bought sandwich or salad for lunch or a ready meal in the Dinner, that’s fine, just remember stick to the following calorie allowances. You won’t feel you are on a diet - just watch the pounds drop!!
