Orange, Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

225g low fat natural yogurt
210 ml orange juice
300ml semi skimmed milk
2 bananas
200g fresh pineapple
3 tbsp granular Canderel
How
Wash the fruit. Cut up the pineapple, peel and slice the bananas into large pieces. Puree the fruit in a blender with the yogurt, milk and orange juice and then add Canderel. Puree all the ingredients. Serve in a glass garnished with a sprig of mint.
