A fun dessert or healthy fruit snack.

Serves: 3 or 586ml
Preparation time: 5 minutes

What

250g strawberries (stalks removed)
250ml very low fat plain bio yoghurt
1 large banana (peeled)
3 tbsp of granular Canderel
10 mint leaves (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract

How

Whiz everything together in a blender and then add the Canderel. Serve with a strawberry on the side.
