½ tangerine or mandarin cut into 3 wedges
2 tsp of granular Canderel
30ml Cachaca
crushed ice

Chop your tangerine and pop into a glass along with the Canderel. Bash with the end of a wooden spoon until the juices are extracted and the Canderel has dissolved.
Pour in the Cachaca, top up with crushed ice, and give it a stir.
Run out of tangerines or mandarins? No problem - half a nectarine or pear or 125g watermelon will do just as well.
