Fruit and Vanilla Smoothie

225g low fat vanilla yogurt
240ml orange juice
300ml semi skimmed milk
2 apples
2 bananas
20 grapes
12 strawberries
Tin of peaches in fruit juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp granular Canderel
How
Wash the fruit. Cut, core and slice the apples. Peel and slice the bananas into large pieces. Stem the grapes, then remove the stalks and cut the strawberries in half.
Open the tin of peaches, cut half into pieces save the other half and the juice. Puree the fruit in a blender. Add the orange juice, milk and the fruit juice from the peaches and finally add the low fat yogurt with the vanilla and the Canderel. Puree all the ingredients. Serve in a glass garnished with a fresh strawberry.
